Since you freely admit to having used us, are you also willing to help resolve the hostilities?  

When you were given a grant you were required to commit to a 30 day stay in the GPA.  Clearly this wasn't honored.  Are you willing to repay our bank for the cash given to help you grow?  I bet if you took this simple step of good faith, our leadership would be willing to take the tags back and move forward with a simple diplomatic relationship with you.

I doubt that, Optima. C has made several questionabe comments that have caused unrest in the alliance i.e. that one comment to Polaris. Despitey actions in the past to stop him from being a nuisance to everyone and taking a bullet for him, he hasn't madeuch progress. If he were to join GPA for a 3rd time, there will be more unrest and conflict.

It wasn't an offer to let him join, it was a cessation of hostilities and peaceful diplomatic relations.
