New Project - Which One?
Ten cities. Wow. I never thought I would be able to get this far and now I celebrate as I begin the task of marching towards fifteen. It will be costly, it will be hard, but I shall not fail!
In the interim of the celebration, I seek council for determining the fifth project which my fair nation should acquire.
Current projects:
Our Considered Options:
I'm open to all suggestions, but the considered options are what I've been leaning towards. It won't happen until after the first of the year due to costs, but what do ya'll think would be the best best to go with?

CCE (we finance), then ITC. Never MLP.
We actually have a suggested first four projects in the project grant program.

What should the MLP be traded for then? The ITC.

I was curious, why doesn't the GPA assist with something like the MLP, considering the advantages it would bring to the alliance's overall defenses? Wouldn't it further serve as a deterrent to raids?
If the concern is arming a potential future raider with something like a MLP, then perhaps these types of major military assistance should be reserved for senior members that have been in the GPA for over 60 days or more... maybe senior sentinels.
A smaller scale program might involve supporting navies in mid-sized and smaller nations.
I totally understand and respect the prohibition against offensive warfare and raiding, but we should still maintain an "active defense posture," insofar as being prepared (or at least looking like we're prepared) to execute major warfare if and when we wanted to, specifically being when one of our members are attacked.
I continue to think of the Swiss, and how to insure their neutrality and sovereignty they maintain a relatively strong compulsory military—promising at least a very nice bite and high cost to anyone interested in attacking it.
EDIT: Oh, sorry for being off topic!

At one point in time, we did fund MLP. But, we decided it was an unnecessary project in the long-term and it would wast 240 turns between construction and destruction. Honestly, your military action points are better spent on other types of attacks.
