New Penal Colony

Damningwithfaintpraise has opened a new penal colony for inmates serving life sentences. It is 1000km due south of Svalbard Island in the Norwegian Sea. Each deportee is issued a kapok life preserver AND a windbreaker.

That would be a great idea...if we actually took prisoners of war. If you require additional workforce, DWFP would round up the general populace of Verdaxon (205,000) and ship them to Palmia, if you like. We would like to liquidate the pesky populace of their three cities so we could use them as 1. An urban paintball battlefield. 2. A practice facility for our nation's firefighters. 3. A storage facility for spent fuel rods and hard to neutralize chemical waste.
If you want them, send ships. We can transport by longship, but I don't know that many wouldn't freeze to death on the voyage to Palmia.

Yea, we'll take them, we could use some workforce, also we need a place to dump nuclear waste, so it could be a very good place to store them also Palmian scientist would like to test some new bio weapons and rich Palmian families are pushing us to regulate slave trade

In principle, we are opposed to slavery (here), but would never meddle in the affairs of other nations. Nuclear waste storage would be free for our close Palmian friends.
DWFP believes strongly in citizens right, accepts the concept of allied rights, but the term "human rights" is somewhat foreign to us.

The DeustchReich is willing to help with the transit of these new inmates, due to our close proximity to the norwegian sea, however would like to remind that a current state of war from The Free Texan Republic in scottland and DeustchReich exists, and would suggest an alternate route. Sure, we like to work closely with our allies. Half the fun is pushing them into the freezing water, although I will admit they take it stoically.

Today a boatload of men tried to enter the country illegally. 41 adult males landed on the beach but were intercepted by border guards. These persons claimed political asylum and then demanded an interpreter be provided them (at first, in what we later discovered was Pharsi and then in English). In DWFP, we speak Old Norse, Futhark (a formal variant of Old Norse), German (well tolerated and generally understood, but looked upon as...simple), and English (spoken in trade businesses and at tourist locations). As it turns out, they were understood because one of the guards had worked previously at the airport. Understand immigration to DWFP is manifestly illegal. Visitation visas are granted for tourists and students, provided they are applied for at least six months in advance. Becoming belligerant after having been informed of these facts, these persons were arrested, and are being sent to our penal colony. We hope they are excellent cold water swimmers. Should any nation want to pick them up, after, and only AFTER they have gone into the water, feel free to follow our longships to the "colony".
