Massive Storms Batter Fort Hungadada. CODE E: Mandatory Evacuation in effect.

A weather warning is in place, and a mandatory evacuation is taking place as North Sea storm 'Emoji' gets worse. The CEI (Climate and Environment Institute) issued a 'Code Purple' warning yesterday. The CEI, as well as the local government, urged residents to evacuate, and head towards the city of Fort Granger. Following a further deterioration of weather conditions, the CEI issued a 'Code E' weather alert this morning. This began the process of a mandatory evacuation. That warning has remained in place.

Weather conditions are predicted to become worse, with higher wind speeds, and a further 78.9cm of rain over today and tomorrow. Many houses are already destroyed. Current estimates range from $200,000 to $600,000 in damage so far, but these numbers will go higher as the storm carries on. Storm 'Emoji' is a 1 in a 3500-year storm, and has hit Fort Hungadada at a very crucial economic time. Fort Hungadada is currently recovering from economic woes, and the storm is a major setback for the economy.

The Hungadada Red Cross is bringing in vital aid and support to Fort Granger as over 29,000 Fort Hungadadians rush towards the city. Several apartment complexes have been designated for the storm evacuees, and total aid costs range from $100,000 to $350,000. Many residents of Fort Granger are also playing their part in setting up extra tents for the evacuees in General Earl P. Park and bringing food, water and medical supplies to the local Red Cross HQ. The now closed Caravan Camping Park (CCP), which offers over 4500 rentable caravans opened it's doors yesterday to begin preparations to house evacuees.

The first storm evacuees are expected to arrive in Fort Granger later today.

The CEI and the Ministry of the Interior will keep the public informed with new information.

As part of a goodwill, Kaiser Rommel has dispatched 3 squadrons of Helicopters 15 in total to assist the Hungadada people, and a sign of friendship from the Imperial German Empire

The Republic of Hungadada is thankful for the assistance in helping the storm evacuees. The Republic wishes to maintain friendly ties with the Imperial German Empire, and hopes to further diplomatic ties in the future.

The first evacuees from Fort Hungadada have reached Fort Granger. They have been moved into CCP caravans, and will be housed there until the storm is over. Around 1000 people arrived in the first batch, followed by a smaller group of around 520. Evacuees will continue to stream in bit by bit, and a massive stream of these evacuees is expected tomorrow. Current weather in Fort Hungadada is still volatile, and the CODE E warning remains in place.

The Ministry of the Interior and The Republic of Hungadada would like to thank the Imperial German Empire for sending aid through a fleet of 15 helicopters. The Republic hopes that friendly ties can be continued, and that firm diplomatic ties are established in the near future. They would also like to thank the Red Cross for their tireless efforts so far in preparing for the arrival of the evacuees in a professional manner. In order to help the Red Cross in their efforts, the DSDH has created a new section aptly named the Hungadada Distaster Response Force (HDFR).

UPDATE: Final evacuees have now reached Fort Granger. The weather around Fort Hungadada is still volatile, but the CEI has reduced the weather warning to a "Code Purple". No people will be allowed in the area in and around Fort Hungadada until the CEI has deemed the storm a "Code Yellow" or a "Code Green". Weather seems to be improving slightly, as radar shows the storm slowly moving back out to sea. No deaths have been reported, however 3 people were lightly injured. All evacuees have been sucessfully housed, and are expected to remain in Fort Granger until Sunday.

The DSDH currently does not possess any relevant intelligence to send to the IISB. Rest assured, the DSDH will turn over any evidence regarding Ms. Merkel once the DSDH is aware of it.

UPDATE: Fort Hungadada Storm Evacuation

Weather around Fort Hungadada is steadily improving. The CEI has issued a CODE YELLOW warning. Residents of Fort Hungadada, who are currently residing in Fort Granger, are expected to begin preparations to move back, as soon as this update is out.

Heavy damage costs are expected. The CEI has expected around $750,000. Many houses are damaged beyond repair, and some houses have structural integrity issues. The HDRF will work non-stop to repair houses. Those with houses that have issues will remain in Fort Granger until futher notice. Around 28,000 people will begin the return to Fort Hungadada within 2 days.

The Imperial German Emergency Force and Peacekorps have sent 2.6 Billion Euros and 12,000 Personnel to assist in the rebuilding

The Republic is grateful for the assistance from the Imperial German Emergency Force and Peace corps. We thank the 12,000 personnell and the Imperial German Empire from the bottom of our hearts. The Hungadadian people are thankful.

UPDATE:
Major buildings (town hall, police stations, hospitals etc.) have been repaired and are functioning. The north side of Fort Hungadada took the brunt of the storm and is heavily damaged. 79% of residences in the northern of Fort Hungadada have been damaged beyond repair, 20% are in need of urgent repairs, while the remaining 1% are moderatley damaged. Bulldozing to remove rubble is underway and nearing completion. The HDRF is working with 12,000 personnell from the Imperial German Emergency Force and Peace Corps to repair houses. Building companies HB (Hungadada Building), RBS (Royal Building Services), Building and Co., RSBC (Roger Stevenson Building Company), HBW (Hungadada Building Works) and HA (Hungadada Architechts) are sending building crews tomorrow to begin rebuilding. The rebuilding will be overseen by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and the Ministry of the Interior.

The huge rebuilding effort is going to cost upwards of $5 billion. A final cost will be released tomorrow. The Ministry of the Interior thanks the Red Cross and the Imperial German Empire for their assistance in this crisis. The CEI has downgraded weather warnings to "CODE GREEN".

UPDATE: Almost all damage to Fort Hungadada has been repaired. Thousands upon thousands of people worked day and night to repair damages and to make houses stronger to resist damage. The repair work is almost complete, with only the re-paving of one street left.

The Republic of Hungadada thanks the Imperial German Empire for their aid in this disaster, and will return 2 billion euros of the 2.6 billion that was given to us. 3 people from the Imperial German Emergency Force and Peace corps were injured while performing their duty and are in hospital with light injuries. The Republic will pay for their medical costs. We thank the Imperial German Empire profoundly. The final cost of all repair work will be $5,910,890,330.10
