Damningwithfaintpraise is pleased to report since we have instituted a policy of summary execution for the crime of murder, our per capita murder rate has fallen to 2.1 per 100,000 residents. We also have seen precipitous drops in incarceration costs, recidivism rates, and appeals court workload. This years' crime prevention slogan is "Play nice or be ejected from the game!"
